Purchased a new vehicle, my sales person was GREAT! On the other hand the sales dept management was horrible, not only rude to myself but also the staff. The management really needs a lesson in manners and being respectful. Third dealership in a week, and disrespect was very obvious and customer service was horrible.

we where traveling from Southport to Niagara Falls, stopped on our way in Rockingham. My husband hear this noise and said it’s probably our brakes. We pulled into Dieffenbach dealer ship, and ask f they could help. They repaired the brake pads and roter system. Big shout out to the Service Manager that day, and the mechanics which did a super job getting us back on the road. Thank you for your excellent service.
